Built by operators across credit, capital markets, and technology

We have raised capital, worked on the originator side of the table, and built the technology underneath financial workflows. Now we are building the private credit marketplace that connects originators with capital providers, and the infrastructure that carries each transaction through.

Private credit does not have a shortage of capital or opportunity. It has a connection problem. Originators still depend on who they already know. Capital providers still see only a fraction of the market.

Why GetLiquid exists

Originators still rely heavily on existing relationships, while capital providers see only a fraction of the available market. Even when both sides connect, the transaction moves through a fragmented mix of spreadsheets, PDFs, email instructions, data rooms, bank portals, and reporting tools.

GetLiquid is a neutral private credit marketplace designed to help originators bring opportunities beyond their existing networks and help capital providers discover structured opportunities beyond their existing relationships. Shared infrastructure is being built to support the transaction from deal presentation and documentation through funding, settlement, and reporting.

We do not lend. We do not manage a fund. We do not compete for capital. We do not carry balance-sheet risk. We provide the marketplace and the infrastructure.

GetLiquid is built by operators across private credit, real estate finance, compliance, and financial technology. We provide the marketplace application, front end, and infrastructure, while lenders, servicers, custodians, payment partners, and regulated infrastructure providers retain their respective legal roles.
